18:1, like Jethro, of the priests of Midian, the Moseses father in the law, those of a whole god heard, have for of Moses and Israel its people and who makes that the LORD Israel of Egypt had taken; 18:2 then Jethro, the Moseses father in the law, took of Zipporah, Mrs. Moseses, after it had returned it, with 18:3 and their two sons; who the name was of Gershom; I said it, was a foreigner in a strange country: 18:4 and the name of the other were of Eliezer; for the god of my father, above-mentioned it, my help, was delivered to me and by the blade of Pharaos: 18:5 and Jethro, the Moseses father in the law, came with its sons and his wife to from Moses in Wildnis, in which it stored to chamfer of the god: 18:6 and he said the father in the law Jethro to Moses, I come thy and thy with the woman thee and her two sons her.

delivered 18:9 and Jethro was delighted for all the quality which the LORD had made afterwards in Israel that it had delivered outside hand of Egyptians.
to 18:10 and Jethro said, blessed the LORD who delivered outside hath to you hand of the Egyptians, and hand of Pharaos outside its to which hath the people below the hand of Egyptians.
18:11 know now I delivered that the LORD that all the gods is larger: for in the thing, where they treated proudly, it was on them.
18:12 and Jethro, a Moseses father in the law, the request and of the victims for god took burned: and Aaron came and to eat the bread with the father Moseses in the law before of God.
with 18:13 and came to transmit these Moses the next day, which be was sat, to consider all the oldest of Israel the people: and were the people Moses of the morning evening.
ready with 18:14 and as a Moseses father in the law all saw that he said, made with the people, him, that this thing of these Thou is which is doest with the people? why are they ready only of Thou sittest thyself and all the people thee of the morning with equal? 18:15 and Moses said to his/her father in the law, because the people come to me to get informed about the god: 18:16, if they have a business, come it to me; and I judge between one and the other, and I make known it the laws of the god and its laws.

18:17 and father with of Moseses in the law said to him, the thing that that is not of Thou doest good.
18:18 Thou fan surely wear far, both Thou and these people who is thee: for this thing, is too heavy for thee; Of Thoukunst able to implement it thyself alone.
18:19 do not listen to my voice now above, I give councils thee, and the god is thee: Of Thou for people the sector of god its, those Thou mayest take the causes with a god: 18:20 and Thou shalt inform them that the orders and the laws and it shalt the manner, where to suit him to have, and the work shew which must moreover place to him do.
at 18:21 Thou shalt of all the men able of the people, like a fear god which haïr men of the truth outside to the order and Begierde; and thus on them place, to be lesson of the thousands and lesson of the hundreds, some fifty years lesson and lesson of 10: 18:22 and made judge the people at every season: and it is, this each great business which they take with thee, each small business they judge however: thus, all thyself is simpler, and they carry the load thee.
18:23, if of Thou make shalt thing and, then of Thou thee support an order of god shalt, and these people go in their place in peace.
to 18:24 of Moses also listened thus with the voice of his/her father to the law and all made that it had this said.
18:25 and Moses chose men able of the whole Israel and they formed of the heads on the people, the lesson of the thousands, the lesson of the hundreds, lesson the fifty years and the lesson tens.
of 18:26 and they judged the people with all seasons: hard causes that they took with of Moses, but each small business they judged themselves.
18:27 and Moses let his/her father in the law leave; and it entered its manner its clean land.
